I have more than 15 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting for the art, design, luxury, cosmetics, fashion, wine & spirits, retail, FMCG and industrial design sectors. I recruit for creative and brand management positions in France and abroad. I work on long-term projects with our clients and build solid relationships with our candidates. Both are equally important in my eyes.

Coaching

Recruitment in and of itself is a strategic means to re-energize a company. However, we are deeply convinced that in some instances, people may feel inadequate at their position within the organization. This can in turn have a negative impact on their professional and personal lives and often requires an exterior perspective to improve quality of life in the workspace.

We offer our clients a package of 10 individual coachings, ranging from 1 to 3 coachings per month. We value this service as being a gift from the employer to his employees to demonstrate how their partnership goes beyond the boundaries of the workspace.
